Hold the probe and drag it to the tip of a leg. Tapping works too: first pick the probe, then the leg.

Set the range to continuity.

Measure step by step

Measure the circuit breaker (MCB) on continuity first with the lever off and then with it raised. The contacts close when you raise the lever.

Measure the circuit breaker only when it is disconnected from the mains. Only a low-voltage circuit is used on this screen.
